Dear Parents and Carers,

We are pleased to let you know that we arrived safely at Burwell House today and had a fantastic first day on our residential.

After arriving, the children were given a tour of the amazing house and its beautiful grounds, which they were very excited to explore. Throughout the day, they took part in a range of activities including team-building challenges, creating nature sculptures, and a “snail trail” facts activity to learn more about the history of the house.

Everyone enjoyed lunch, which was pizza, followed by a busy afternoon of activities. Dinner this evening was chicken nuggets and chips, which went down very well!

This evening, the children took part in games, watched a movie, and enjoyed a visit to the Burwell House shop. They have settled in brilliantly and are in great spirits.

We are all looking forward to another exciting day tomorrow and will continue to keep you updated.
