Year 5 Danbury - Day 3
After a much better sleep all round, the children were up and packing which took some much longer than others! The wandering belongings never cease to amaze us! Our last breakfast did not disappoint with sausage baguettes, croissants and cereal on the menu.
After breakfast, the groups headed off for their final two activities which included caving, aerial trekking and the climbing wall.
We then headed back for our final meal of jacket potatoes before heading home.
It has been incredible to watch these wonderful children take on challenges and really push themselves. Not only in the activities but also by being away from home. We are so proud of them as I'm sure you are too. They have been fantastic company and we hope that they have learnt and grown from the experience.
Thank you for your support in preparing them and to all the staff, without whom these trips would not be possible.
